Our laboratory hosts master course (two years) and doctoral course students (four years) of the Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Kyushu University, for their thesis works. We welcome students from any university and of any discipline. Students are required to have enough basic academic skills and full of motivation. Clearing a hurdle will give you a new discovery with full excitement! During pre-implantation development, extensive epigenetic re-programing occurs, but some genomic regions show resistance to this. The re-programing is related with toti-potency, and the resistance leads to imprinting.
